Refund policy

Since we are a market-place housing numerous other brands as well, we only accept an exchange / return if you have received a wrong product or if it is damaged within 48 hours of delivery.

On receipt of your email, our customer service representative will have the product collected within 48 Hours. On receipt of your returned products, our quality team will check the product. We will clear your Refund within 15 days from the date of receipt of returned products. The amount of refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account as the case may be.

International exchanges / returns will not be processed.
